For those that missed the previous announcement, there are some exciting new changes coming to the One24 Compensation Program!
Beginning August 1, we will begin phasing in the next part of these exciting enhancements. We will increase the ‘Silver Performance Bonus’ by 2%. At the same time, one of the four Silver Bonus Pools will be phased-out each month. Currently there is a total of 8% of company sales contributed to this part of the program (Months 1, 2, 3 & 4). Each month, for 4 months, we will reallocate 2% of the Silver Bonus Pool into a brand new program.
Here’s how it works…
Again, the new program will be phased in over a 4-month period, with 2% redirected each month into some new incentive bonuses. This will make it as fair as possible for the old and new PC’s alike.
August: 2% of the Silver Bonus will be reallocated to the ‘Silver Performance Bonus’ pool. This means an increase from 8% to 10% in the Silver Performance Bonus. That’s a 25% RAISE in money in that pool!
September: Another 2% will be reallocated to the ‘Platinum Bonus Pool.’ That represents approximately a 50% RAISE in money in that pool! While this will fluctuate with the growth of the Gold Matching Bonus, it still represents a tremendous amount of new income in the pool.
October: We will introduce the new Travel Program that will allow you to earn FREE Vacations to exotic locations! We will run frequent contests in a way that will allow the maximum number of people to qualify. These events will give PC’s and the corporate team a chance to share some time together in a wonderful environment. We will allocate another 2% of company sales to this program.
We will also announce the last new benefit. You’re going to love this one — it will be well worth the wait! What a way to finish the year!
November: The ‘surprise feature’ begins!
You can do this! You will have the months of July and August to qualify for the maximum number of shares of the Silver Performance Bonus and move into the Platinum Bonus as well. Remember, there are fewer PC’s who qualify for these bonuses, therefore the share value is much higher – and now it will be even more! You only need to enroll one personal PC, who then enrolls one, to qualify for the first portion of the Silver Performance Bonus. PC’s you enroll from the Gold Rush also count! Many of you are going to have a happier holiday season this year!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Simply use your Green Ticket each month and participate in the Gold Rush and you can qualify for these bonuses very quickly!
