One24 Important December Autoship Update
December is just about over and some of you may have forgotten to check your autoships for this month.
Autoships for the month of December have been completed.
Please view your order history and verify you have a “paid” order dated between 12/1/10 and 12/31/10.
If you do not have a paid order between 12/1/10 and 12/31/10 and want to be qualified to earn commissions you must place a manual order before midnight E.S.T. 12/31/10. To place a manual order click on the “Order Now” tab at the top of your One24 website and complete an order.
Important: Do not place a manual order AND change your Autoship Status from Inactive to Active unless you change your Next Order Date in your autoship to January. If you have placed an order and do not wish to change your Next Order Date manually wait until January 1, 2010 to change your Autoship from Inactive to Active.

This new site contains a knowledgebase, which will be continually updated to provide instant answers to the most common questions. If you can’t find an answer there, you will also be able to submit, view and manage support requests directly through the site. Additionally, in the near future, the site will also offer a ‘Live Chat’ feature, which will allow you to instantly communicate online with available support representatives.

The One24 Gold Rush
The One24 Gold Rush is an exciting time for teams that are really growing. The reason is, with One24, you can only put in 1 person a month with a One24 Green Ticket. But, with the One 24 Gold Rush, you can put in as many new PC’s as you want, as long as they are on your One24 Waiting List.
The odd thing is, I’m frequently asks how many people I’ve put in during the Gold Rush and the answer is always NONE. Why? my view on the Gold Rush is a little different than most I suppose. Don’t get me wrong, the Gold Rush is great, at the right time.
You see, I want to duplicate a strong following for my team members. Let me break this down for everyone. Lets just say I have 10 people on my waiting list. And the Gold Rush is coming up soon, I’m going to do a couple things. First, if I’m new, I’ll definitely putting in my 1 person for the month and then I’ll put the other 9 people in during the Gold Rush.
Second, if I’m not new and I have a decent size team building under me, I’m going to use my 1 green ticket, then I’m going to look down into my team and place the other 9 under team mates who have vacant green tickets available. Why? number one, this still helps me and guess what, it helps my team. If I can help someone start making more money, the chances of them leaving One24 is less attractive.
The one thing people in Network Marketing miss is helping their team. If you want a successful business, you must step up an become a leader and a true leader will do everything they can to help their team grow.
One important thing to remember before you go putting your One24 waiting list prospects under other team members though. You need to look and see if they are active in the business, meaning do they at least communicate with you and keep up with their autoship? If their not active, then don’t waste your time, the last thing you need to do is place a good prospect under someone who isn’t even placing an autoship order.
But, if you have team members that are very active and they are just struggling a little bit, place a few people under them and One24 will suddenly become real to them and jump start them into becoming a true team player.
3 Types Of Network Marketing Prospects – What Type Are You?
Network Marketing contains 3 types of Prospects and Team members. You have Betas, Pre-Alphas and Alphas. And within the groups there are 3 primary goals in Network Marketing Today, Getting Leads, Converting Prospects and Training your Team. So, if you’re not in the right category, your goals will be impossible to meet. Below I will explain the differences between Beta, Pre-Alphas and Alphas.
If you’re considering joining a Network Marketing Business today, make sure you read very carefully below and work towards the right category.

Betas are people that just hang on to you for as long as possible and let you do all the work. The sad thing is, after they have exhausted you, they either quit or want more form other people. Don’t get me wrong here, I was a Beta myself at one point, but you must first realize what type of marketer your are and work to change it. If you’re not willing to change and you’re a Beta, I would stop right now, before you waste your money and someone else’s time. The fact is, You will NEVER make it in Network Marketing, stay with your 40 hour a week J.O.B.
Top Excuses:
- “I don’t have enough time”
- “I don’t have enough money”
- “I can’t do it”
- “I’m not good enough”
- “I’m not smart enough”
Pre-Alphas: (Leaders in Training)
- Leaders wanting more
- Wanting to succeed
- Works with Alphas to learn more
- Very important in any type of business
- Not afraid to try what they learn
Pre-Alphas are people motivated to win. They are still learning, but acting on everything they learn. You will find most Pre-Alphas hanging around the Alphas so they can learn everything possible to become an alpha themselves. If you are a Pre-Alpha, you want as many of these as you can find, because working together with other leaders in training can explode your growth.

- Make things happen
- They will win
- Create massive growth
Alphas are the true leaders in any type of business they join. An alpha will never make excuses, if things are tough, they find out whats making it tough and fix it. They are true leaders recognizing other people who want to be leaders and train them to become a leader. To find an alpha, just look to the top of any organization and you will find them there.
Conclusion:
Any good leader in a business will have automated training tools (E-books and Webinars) and know how to grow there business. Once you recognize who’s who in your business, follow these guidelines; Only personally help betas if they show they are willing to help themselves and make an effort to learn. You will know if they actually use the training tools you provide. With Pre-Alphas, give them a 50/50 ratio of your personal time and training, because they will become leaders and explode your business.
Alphas should get 100% of your direct focus, giving them high priority. Remember they are winners that will create massive growth inside your business.
If you see that your in a beta and want to change it, the first thing you need to do is stop making excuses for yourself. You can make it happen, but you have to change your mindset first. Get with leaders in your team and tell them you want to learn to become a leader and you need their help. Go out and find some self help books and start reading, this will help your mindset.
Remember, leaders are doers, so to become a leader, you have to start doing something to change the state you are in.

A Review of the One24 Incentivized Referral Plan

The buzz of One24 is really starting to take flight. This review of the One24 Compensation will help shed some light on how this company has put a unique spin on the way traditional multi-level marketing companies have been operating, and will probably set a precedent on network marketing compensation plans from here on out.
As a matter of fact, One24 isn’t even an MLM. It is actually a 24 month retirement plan that uses an Incentivized Referral Program (IRP) to compensate its exclusive members.
What I mean by “exclusive” is this: everyone that wants to join One24 must WAIT. You see, you can only bring in one Preferred Customer (PC) a month. Here’s how it works:
When you come off of your Referring PCs waiting list, you are given 24 green tickets. These green tickets represent the next 24 months that you are in the club.
You now have the ability to bring in one person off of your waiting list as well. Once you have purchased your monthly product, and pulled in one person from your waiting list, you are now classified as an Active Preferred Customer (APC), and you are eligible to receive commissions.
The One24 Compensation Plan has 4 income centers. This consists of Green, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Income.
Green income is earned as you and the people that you bring off your waiting list bring in others, and purchase their $60 monthly volume of the product Natraburst through 12 tiers. You make a $1.50 commission off of each “Green” in your organization. For example, 100 Greens equals $150 in commission, and 1000 Greens equals $1500.
Silver Income is derived from all of the PCs that everyone else in the company bring in. The One24 Compensation Plan is designed in a linear structure, so what this means is if you are number 1000 to join the company, and the 1000 APCs above you (silver) each bring in one PC, then you will now have 1000 silver PCs below you that you are profiting from.
Also, for the first 4 months, your income increases by 2% each month for you silver income. In other words, in four months, you will have received an 8% increase on the total company revenue.
However, during your 5th month and beyond, you now longer profit from this portion of silver income. Now, your compensation is performances based. For example, if you have only brought 2 PCs off your waiting list, then your silver income increases 2x. This goes all the way up to 5x. One you have 6 APCs that each have 2APCs, you now qualify for the Platinum Bonus Pool. This is where your larger commission checks are made.
The Platinum Bonus Pool consists of 4% of the total company revenue, plus any breakage that was not paid out anywhere else. These bonuses are paid through 6 levels.
The only flaw (if you can call it one) that I noticed with this compensation plan, is that between the silver, green, and platinum income, you can only make up to $100,000 a month in residual income. The Gold Rush, however, allows you to make up to another $100,000. Here’s how it works:
Since you can only bring in one Green PC a month from your waiting list, the Gold Rush allows you to bring in as many people from your waiting list as there are gold ticket available. Gold tickets are the result of green tickets that have not been utilized by the 24th of the month.
The automated system will tally up all of the unused green tickets and distribute them to individuals that have people on there waiting lists. For example,you have 10 people on your waiting list, and you also have 15 APCs that you brought in. 8 of your APCs didn’t use their green tickets, so you will be able to access them once the Gold Rush is in effect. Well, not only will you be able to bring in 8 people using “Gold” tickets, the company may also have extra gold tickets for you to use. Meaning, literally all 15 people from your waiting list can be brought in in a single month, exploding your gold income stream.
This is a brief review of the One24 Compensation Plan. I believe that One24 is setting an industry precent with the creation of this Incentivized Referral Program. I’m sure that greater things lie ahead for One24 and it’s exclusive members.

One24 November Update
October was an exciting month for One24. Over 7,000 new people entered One 24 last month. Tonight at midnight is the deadline for adding New PC’s that can participate in this Months Gold Rush. Before anyone asks the question of, is One24 A scam, I think they should know exactly what a scam is. I read scam reports all over the internet these days and it really blows me away that people consider a business to be a scam when in most cases you are purchasing a product, such as with One24. So, whats the scam? The product or the claim?
Now maybe there are companies out there that sell below average products, but in most cases, any legitimate company selling a product will offer some type of refund. Just so you know, One24 offers a 90 day 100% refund, minus shipping and any commission paid out.
Let’s take a look at the definition of scam – noun, a fraudulent business scheme; verb, deprive of by deceit; Example: He swindled me out of my inheritance; She defrauded the customers who trusted her; the cashier gypped me when he gave me too little change.
The sad thing is a lot of people today consider any mlm, network marketing, or home based business opportunity to be a scam. I’m not going to say there aren’t a few companies out there trying to scam people, but let’s be honest. Did those people get into the business thinking it was going to build itself? Well, 90% do! Every business opportunity available today takes some type of effort on your part.
A few things everyone needs to look for in any opportunity today;
1. Who is the founder of the business and does this person have a bad track record.
2. Is there a high risk of losing money.
3. Is the company promoting dreams with no real product involved.
4. The opportunity doesn’t have refund policy.
5. The company has a contact number, but no one answers when you call or return your call.
If any of the above statements are true about Any business opportunity, I would personally walk away. Keep in mind, you can find just about anything negative about Any company or opportunity on the internet these days. So make sure you do proper research about the opportunity your investigating. The real truth behind most scam reports today, is that the person reporting the scam is hoping to promote their opportunity to you instead of the one you’re interested in.
Now, let’s look at One24, is it a scam? Well, let’s take a look:
1. Who is the founder of One24? Mark Seyforth, you can find bio’s and report’s all over the internet about Mark Seyforth and his proven track record. He was part of the Founding Team for HerbaLife back in the early 80′s. Mark’s company Seyforth Laboratories manufactured the products for HerbaLife. HerbaLife is now a Billion dollar company.
2. Is there a High Risk of Losing Money with One 24? No, the total cost to get started is $69.75 and that is for the product NatraBurst. There is no other fee’s such as, membership fee, website fee or start up cost.
3. Does One 24 Promote Dreams or Do They Have a Legitimate Product? The company offers a product called NatraBurst with nutritional value. No additives, all natural ingredients. No Dreams, just a simple concept of making $100,000 per month in 24 months or less. No get rich quick schemes.
4. Does One24 have a Refund Policy? Yes, there is a 90 day 100% guarantee minus shipping and any commissions paid out. Totally Risk Free!
5. Does the company have a contact number? Yes the company has a contact number for the home office and someone will either answer or return your call.
So, my answer to anyone wanting to know, Is One24 A Scam, would be absolutely no. I see no fraudulent scheme or any kind of deceit. Now I know One24 claims that anyone can retire in 24 months or less with $100,000 a month. But, you must do the minimum required to make it happen, so if you’re not willing to at least do the minimum, don’t try it.
But, please understand, anything worth building takes time. One 24 isn’t going to put thousands of dollars in your pocket overnight and if someone tells you it will, please report them to the home office. Statements like fast cash, retire in 2 months, thousands of dollars next week are where the scams come into play. Because we all know, unless you win the lottery next week, there’s no chance at seeing thousands of dollars in your bank account next week from any business opportunity.

Do you realize what you have your hands on with One24? Let me put it in a nutshell for you.
1. If you sign up someone in One24 during the Gold Rush you will make 10% of what ever that persons check is for life!
2. Your host will make 10% of that new person’s check since he brought you in and you were responsible for bringing in the new guy. Your host’s host will make 10% since he brought your host in, the next two people up will make 5 % of that new persons check!

Compensation Plan – Linear Compensation Plan
The One24 compensation plan has four income centers. This consists of Green income, Silver income, Gold income, and Platinum income.
Green Income – Every Ordering PC you bring off of your waiting list each month becomes Green for you and then you are paid $1.50 per unit of NatraBurst product, per tier, through 12 tiers. As each of your Green PC’s bring in Ordering PC’s they become Green for them as well as Green for you through 12 tiers. Green pay is capped at $100,000 per month.
Silver Income – All of the PCs referred by PCs above you are your ‘Silver’ PCs and are placed chronologically below you in your line. Once a Silver PC is placed under you, all the PCs they refer are also your Silver PCs. This goes on for infinity.
Silver income is paid in bonus pools. The company places 16% of total company sales into two (8% in each) Silver Pools. The first 8% Silver Pool is evenly divided amongst Active PC’s during their first four months, based on the number of months they have been enrolled. For example, if you are an APC (Active Preferred Customer) in your fourth month, you would receive bonuses from all four segments (2% + 2% + 2% +2%=8%).
The second 8% of company sales is contributed to the Silver Performance Bonus. Payment is based on point shares, see the example below:
Gold Income – Consider as the “Gold Rush”, this happens on the 24th of each month. All unused Green Tickets are made available for you to grab. Any Green Tickets taken during the “Gold Rush” are classified as Gold Tickets. Income for Gold Tickets is equally split with the original Green Ticket holder, up to the first $200 (e.g. $100/$100). The APC that takes the unused Green Ticket as a Gold Ticket will receive all of the remaining income beyond the first $200 (e.g. if the total income is $700….. you receive $600).
Again, Gold Tickets are simply Green Tickets which are not used by the original PC. This gives you the opportunity to refer more than one PC a month and dramatically increase your income!
Platinum Income – considered as the “Platinum Bonus Pool”, which consist of another 4% of monthly sales. Additionally, all other bonuses that have not been paid out for the month (from all Green, Gold & Silver) are added to the Platinum Bonus Pool.
Share value is calculated by dividing the total value of the pool by the number of shares qualified for.
To earn your first share of the Platinum Bonus, you must have personally enrolled 6 APCs who had each enrolled 2 APCs.
*Active PC – must have $60 in volume and have at least one Preferred Customer (Ordering PC or Active PC) with a $60 minimum volume.

One24 Marketing Tip
People are so busy today it’s getting harder and harder to catch people’s attention. As with websites, surveys are telling us that the average person stay on a website less than six seconds. In saying this, I’ve noticed over the last couple months that no one is visiting my site and the ones that do, tell me they didn’t have enough time.
So I begin to think, how can I get people to my website and once they get there, actually stay. Well, if you haven’t noticed YouTube is exploding. People love videos, it’s obvious, why else would Google have paid a couple hundred million dollars to buy it. So, now I knew I needed people to see my videos first thing, not go to the main homepage and try to figure out what to look at first.
